Orbit ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application Orbit - Master Your Habits. We value your privacy and provide this notice to explain how we handle user data transparently.

Google API Services User Data Policy Disclosure

Orbit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will completely adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its explicit Limited Use requirements. We do not expose, share, or sell your personal email logs to third-party advertising grids, tracking software, or data brokers.

1. What Data We Process

We process information you voluntarily provide to maintain your secure synchronization profile, including:

Account identifiers (Names, email addresses, secure authentication keys)
Habit tracking telemetry (Constellation maps, daily completion logs, streak tracking variables)
Optional text journaling inputs entered into your secure diary ledger.

2. Third-Party Infrastructure Services

To deliver automated habit optimization services, we securely route operational data through verified cloud partners:

Firebase / Google Cloud Platform: For secure database management, cloud processing, and account creation lines.
Apple App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat: All financial payment data and premium subscription validations are entirely isolated and processed securely by these vendors. We never see or store your credit card data.

3. Data Deletion & Account Termination Rights

In full compliance with regional regulations (including GDPR), users maintain complete control over their profiles. You can initiate a clean account deletion request at any time directly inside the App settings panel, or by contacting our processing desk. Upon request, all user data, logs, and account files will be permanently purged from active databases within 30 days.
